Excellent objectif grand angle à un prix abordable
L'objectif manuel Irix 11 mm f4 Firefly est livré dans une jolie boîte métallique, comprenant un sac en tissu avec une surface dure pour protéger l'objectif et un second capuchon à baïonnette. Le capuchon avant en plastique recouvre le capuchon fixe en pétale de l'objectif. La lentille est en verre de haute qualité, avec des couches neutrino pour un meilleur contraste, et une construction solide, pesant 730 grammes et donnant une impression de fiabilité. La bague de mise au point offre une excellente résistance, glisse sans à-coups et possède une bonne structure perforée caoutchoutée pour que vos doigts ne glissent pas. Un détail qui m'a séduit est la protrusion sur la bague, qui permet de contrôler facilement la mise au point dans l'obscurité, car lorsque le repère de l'infini est aligné, il y a un léger clic, tu n'as donc pas à t'inquiéter de la profondeur de champ.Cet objectif ultra-large a un effet de vignettage prononcé, un effet d'aberration chromatique légèrement plus faible sur les bords et un effet de distorsion de barillet plus faible. Lightroom ou DXO ViewPoint profile résoudra ce problème. La netteté est prononcée à f 8/ f/11 f/13. J'ai pris les premiers clichés avec des ouvertures ouvertes de f/4, f/5.6, et f/6.3 et je n'ai pas été satisfait de la netteté sur les bords, ce qui est normal pour de si grandes ouvertures. Avec un objectif de 11 mm, qui couvre un angle de 126 degrés, il faut faire attention lorsqu'on le pointe vers le soleil, car des effets de ghosting et de flare apparaissent.Je l'ai testé sur un Nikon Z6 - 24MP et un Nikon Z7 II - 45MP. L'objectif semble mieux fonctionner sur les corps à plus haute résolution. J'ai commandé quelques filtres ND gel très bon marché sur le site web d'Irix, le meilleur pour moi étant le ND16. Ce sont des filtres en gélatine de 3x3cm qui feront le travail, mais qui sont pénibles à retirer de la fente arrière de la baïonnette. En résumé, le Irix 11mm f4 Firefly est un excellent achat en raison de sa qualité mécanique et optique, et surtout de son prix par rapport à la concurrence. Excellent wideangle lens for a bargain price
The Irix 11 mm f4 Firefly manual lens comes in an attractive metal box, including a cloth bag with a hard surface to protect the lens and a second bayonet cap.
